frantic charge breaks other attack speed bonuses

Something i've noticed hunting recently, that when i have frantic charge on, my attack speed is as if i have no bonuses to attack speed. Using a glimmer staff with 107botd i have a constant 3s swing timer in aggressive, but when i cast frantic charge, it often reverts back to the base 4s for multiple hits in a row. Testing on a 95+ skill account. Tried it with a longsword too and it was messing up my shield bash double hits which i can do fairly reliably without frantic charge, but in pvp i'm often messing it up due to frantic charge, which is a bit of a hassle.

I tested it pretty good tonight, it all seems to be working the one thing to note is WOA and frantic charge do not stack. If you have WOA on a weapon it will not add the bonus from frantic charge.
