Posted June 11, 2021 (edited) Strictly for player-created content. Not including recipes, reports etc.. Would be nice to send letters for reduced cost, as they have no obvious game-mechanic benefit. Possibly it might be even be allowable to send letters to anyone who can be contacted by their current PM settings. Edit: Forgot this was a wiki entry, not something that I'd read in the suggestions forums years ago.
