Cooled off lava tile keeps damaging items on the tile

I have items dropped on a lava tile. Lava tile cooled off, the items on the tile still gain the same damage ticks as they do on an active lava tile.

Jackets that have been repaired fully on the tile:

 

 

Most of the items were not removed from the tile since it cooled off but as you can see on the image above one jacket was removed, fully repaired and dropped back on the rock tile and still gets damage ticks.

 

Bad news is that my horses hitched into my wagon took burn wounds traveling over the already seemingly common rock tile.

It should stop after you remove every item from the tile or server restart

the same if lava spread to another tile, it not damages items on that tile until server restart or until somebody touch that items
