Posted May 31, 2021 My wife created an account and installed the Windows x64 client. She is able to sign into Forums with no issue, but when she tries to start the game, she gets an error saying her password is wrong. She gets the same thing from the webpage when she tries to go into the shop. We've both tried and failed. We also reset her password to confirm it was correct when we typed it. Posted May 31, 2021 The forums is entirely unconnected to ingame and website login credentials. Anyone can have any name with any password when it comes to the forums, the ingame and website login would be what she is missing. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Posted May 31, 2021 For the none steam client, she would want to also signup at the non forum website: https://www.wurmonline.com/ and go through the registration page: https://register.wurmonline.com/WurmWeb/index.jsp?c=register as @Shrimpiiesaid your forum account and in-game account are unrelated, but it's probably best practice to use the same/similar name to not confuse people.
