This one was in patch notes :) might of missed it. I didnt catch it until my second read through.

"It looks more friendly than normal: Less likely to be attacked by aggressive creatures when tame (Combat) "

"It seems especially loyal: keeps loyalty to its tamer longer, loses less when taking damage (Combat) "

I also assume this is the " very good genes" one

"It has good genes: increased amount and quality of resources like milk and wool (Output, Rare) "

Apparently this speed trait makes other speed boosts active constantly, like old Hell Horses

In the patch notes of 26th May:

  • It has keen senses (changed) to "It seems accustomed to water": moves faster in shallow waters (speed)

Maybe we can assume this former keen senses does not detect a water tile.

Patch notes on 26 May state:

  • Breeding time will now shorten based on your animal husbandry level instead of being random.

Does this mean the action timer?

At 50.6453 AH the action timer for breeding is consistent at 38 seconds.

(38 second in logs, 39.7s on action timer)

At 50.6453 AH I am finding gestation times still vary between 5 and 10 days from data so far.

@elentarihas also posted, and gets the same figure of 39.7s at 75AH:

I have tested a horse with the water trait it seems riding in shallow water adds 5km/h speed bonus (switching on and off after a few tiles worth of travel in water/leaving water).

Small correction, it doesn't take 83 skill to see the "Bred in Captivity".

I dunno how low you can see it, but I see it fine at 65 skill.

Ability to sense water has a cost of 10.

I went on test server and used the "test" feature.

You can see:

[Status]

if hungry at 30 AH

time to next grooming at 40
time to breed at 70 AH.

Creature age at 90 AH

[Traits]

bred in captivity at 54 AH.

This doesn't mean that live servers are the same, these values are from the test server.

you can load test server using the -c option.

I have 63 AH and can see if they're hungry (you have a ?? on that one)

since you show it's greater than 55 and I see  the info at 63 my educated guess is that it's visible at 60 AH

*edit* could also see it at 62

I put together a list of the traits with all the information I could find.

I made a mistake with the description of seems to be a graceful eater.

It should be: Less chance to reduce the growth stage of a tile when eating
