Issue with Steam that is Running Slow

Hello Friends, recently I am encountering a problem. I am noticing Steam runs very slow on my computer. I have reinstalled Steam, but still Steam is running slow. I am very disappointed with this problem. Can anyone suggest me what to do? Any kind of help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you Griffith! 👋 Also, I have found this article online, that recommended some solutions. The problem was going on for not updating the device and there was something error in the Lan and proxy settings. After updating the device driver and I choose the option "using the proxy server of your LAN". 

 

Then I restart my computer and I am so pleased that Steam is running fast. 😃😃
