The 92 Plain fragments are combined for you and will be sent along with the supreme fragment for you to complete.

 

NOTE: Combining statues uses the Restoration skill. I recommend having a Restoration skill of at least 50 to combine statue fragments.  This is my guide only.

It is possible to combine them at lower levels, but I recommend getting at least some experience with the Restoration skill before attempting to combine a statue.
