Wagoneer bug when using or adjusting from character model

We went to use the wagoneer and he would not accept any input when we went to ship something.

 

When I go to the character model, right click at the bottom left, click manage, and then click wagoneers I get the following error. https://prnt.sc/11bahnr

 

I thought it would allow me to ship crates like I had in the past but it just would not allow anything to happen. 

 

I do not know when it happened as stuff is not shipped very often from him.
