A deed problem!

Recommended Posts

So I know that many of us have probably had this issue in the past and probably most recently. When your apart of a larger village and are the deed holder not everyone grants the deed holder the management of the structures, Which is fine while the players are active. But when a new server drops or when a real life situation causes those said players to quit playing the game it makes it very difficult for the deed holder to deal with having structures on a deed he cant control the permissions and he is forced to destroy the structures and rebuild them in many cases.

My suggestion is this that a system is implemented on structures that are on deeds that if the owner of said structure is unable to play for 3-6 month time period then the structures automatically transfers to the deed holder so that they do not have to deal with demolishing structures that are apart of the village and history of the area or deed. This would allow for structures to be repurposed or monumentalized historically for the people who once owned them or helped build them. Instead of the deed holder having to demolish them which is a waste of time and resources as well as the history of a structure built by someone being there.

I feel that a time period of 3-6 months is more then sufficient to allow the player to return and play to stop this from happening if they wished to not lose their structure to the deed they were apart of. This should be a somewhat easy change that would tremendously help the majority of the players who own deeds and run into structure management issues.

Thank you for your time.

That would actually make perfect sense as the only way said player in the first place could get their own property on another players deed is by transferring it in the first place.

that makes sense that an abbandonned building in a town would get claimed by the municipality after a certain time ...and not left to rot forever.

This sounds quite useful and if the player did return then it shouldn't be too hard to give them the permissions to use it again.
