Wrong email sent out on low deed upkeep

I've received today a warning letter of less than 7 days of upkeep on an Epic deed:

 

 

The deed is just below the 28 days limit so the letter is definitely wrong.

Same for my deed on Harmony. Should say 30 days, but saying 7.
