[Resolved]Connection Denied Issue

I have been a premium member for months now and not had an issue, but today I try to log in my account and it says connection denied <use only letters from a to z in my name and that is NOT the issue.

I can log into the other account that I play but not the qwerthing account.

I have put a lot of time building this character and if there is a problem that cant be fixed, I will be done playing this game!!

Problem solved, somehow I added a space to my name field. sorry
