problems running offline server

The server runs for a few minutes, and then this memory error appears. I've tried without mods, with mods, deleted everything and downloaded again, but the problem continues. Does anyone know what this means?

also, try uninstalling the game, then uninstall all versions of java

 

download the correct version of java runtime
