Progress bars in skill tracker on new UI doesn't seem to work well. I tried to tweak the options but no dice, they stay frozen. Some examples below:

Seems they always show progress towards 100 instead of next skillpoint.

They used to show progress to the next level, enabling or disabling the option "show progress to the next level" has no effect. Screenshot made today of the same skill tracker.
