Please let us toggle off the huge gray bar that appears when you mouse over items in inventory

Personally I never look at that bar, and thus for me its main and only functionality is to greatly annoy me by visually blocking a huge portion of my inventory.  Please allow us to disable this.  Many thanks.

There is no information in that grey box that pops up that I can't already see, aside from the item being a bulkable item.  I've often found it a minor irritation, but never took the time to suggest removing it.
