Placed objects are occasionally invisible

Sometimes objects placed on a surface will be invisible. I've seen it happen with forge, large table, empty shelf and I haven't tested every possible surface. Turning/push/etc... will update and show the placed items. This happens when the toon goes away from the surface. And I"m not sure what the distance is. It happens a lot when entering and exiting a mine. Thus, it seems it's happening when the client redraws things.
