Posted September 27, 2020 I was traveling today on my rowboat, which I am the owner and creator, and I moored in the water on deed. When I disembarked I was not able to embark again because it said the boat was in too poor a shape to be used. So I tried to repair it and I got the message that it was not allowed on deed because of permissions.. I should be able to repair anything I own no matter where I am, deed or not. Please look into this. Thank You Lolabelle
Posted September 29, 2020 Tested it right now in Xanadu, same result. As the owner of a boat, I am not allowed to repair it on deed if the repair/improve permission on that deed is not allowed for me. Moored or not moored, in the boat or out of it - no difference. Same for wagon (didn't test carts).
Posted September 29, 2020 I hope they change this. It is really bad design.
Posted September 30, 2020 (edited) As a workaround, file a ticket an let a GM move your boat off deed. This is in case you cannot move it yourself which may be the case if the boat is moored, otherwise just push it off deed which is fast. Posted October 1, 2020 I did and the GM was quick to move it. But if one is not available and you have limited time this is a problem. Plus should not have to call a GM to take care of your own items. They have enough to manage.
