Missing EAST/WEST slide bar on new GUI 'Show village plan'

When I'm on the new GUI, I can not see my entire settlement because I don't have a way to slide the map east west. There is a north south slide bar, as u can see here...

 

 

But no way to slide the map east and west. Please fix this, or explain how to move the map east and west in there, thanks.

 

On the old GUI, u can see the east west slide bar and it works just fine, here...

Teee, try clicking on the border where you wanna go. Yes its annoying, i been trying to see other side and i manage to do some clicking and jumped to that corner.

 

I also noticed when i hold down the ctrl key or maybe it was alt on the left side, the mouse pointer showing hand symbol and i couldnt even pan with that either. Hopefully they will fix this soon.
