starting bid: 35 sllver

minimum bid if you want outbid/"upbid": 2 silver

insant buyout: 75 silver

According to my second hand knowledge supreme large cart should be +-1,5x faster than normal one and  rare large cart +- 0,75 faster than normal one.

Auction continues, if jaytoo will fail to pickup supreme large cart in reasonable time, second largest bid wins. You have still chance.

i highly doubt that is 1.5 X, is more like +1.5 km/h
