SMC fix

Please allow SMCs to be carried and not cause everything in it to decay while being carried.  Forcing decay  was a silly tweak and should be undone.  There are so many truly bizarre rules about decay that it can confuse the most hard core veterans at times.  Like why does the SMC decay?  What magician makes a container to preserve everything except itself?  Game mechanics for the sake of game mechanics that make zero sense are what Wurm is best at.  Devs, let's try not to be the best at this thing?

100% agree with you there with that same logic lmc's as well they should sure decay if left out in the wild for long but transferring between 2 deeds within a 5 hour span of it being off deed should not lead to 16+ damage(got 1 that did that that was brand new too)

LMCs also burn down in a forge if not locked
