3531 [Bug] pasting names doesnt trigger "apply changes" button.

pasting names into the "change owner" box doesnt enable the "apply changes" button. you need to click something else or type  a letter an delete it for it to work.

if paste name and write anything after it and remove that addional anything by backspace. then "apply changes" works.
