He wanted to buy it from me for 90s because he was going to miss the end of the auction. I told him i couldn't do that and to post his offer on here instead. which is why he double bid.

Doesn't make sense... Snipe protection would mean that the bidding is extended 1hr after the last bid and will continue until bidding ceases for a full hour after the end of the official timer. Otherwise someone can just do a snipe bid in 23 hours and its closed..... you're essentially saying that the auction is 1 hr shorter than advertised. It does nothing to protect the bidders.
