No wild farm animals for 5 days, except for a few sheep

On Harmony I spend an average of 2 hours per day looking for wild farm animals and in the last 5 days I've seen nothing but a few sheep. Even checking steppe at best has been met with maybe 2 sheep. Can't even find any grey horses. Today I cruised around in a sailboat thinking I might see something that I've not seen cruising around on a cart, but nothing. Meanwhile on Xanadu there are huge herds all over. Is this just the way it is on a smaller server?

Same here, finding animals is much harder for some reason on Harmony.

Shearing sheep is extremely good animal husbandry gain though

If the early days are anything like release; then on any densely populated server the passive animal limit is usually used up pretty early.

 

Finding any passive mob will be quite difficult and it'll create a minor monopoly.

Not to mention they're the only source of fight skill for new accounts

You've clearly not recently seen a dozen or more new players beating the bejeebers out of a crocodile.  😁

( A clear case of "the second mouse gets the cheese", btw).
