Satchels not displaying item count on toolbelt

Since the new UI launched, putting satchels on a toolbelt does not show how many items are remaining. For example, seeds. The seed will be activated and can be sown, but there is no visual indication on the toolbelt that anything is selected, nor how many seeds are left. Empty satchels still turn green when selected.
