Game constantly freezing using steam client

Having an issue with the game constantly freezing for a few mins at a time. It happens at least once every ten mins. I am on the steam client. I uninstalled java/ installed java 8. I've lowered my graphics settings, updated my graphics card drivers. I've run it in debug mode and not sure if anything happened with that... Sometimes it will freeze and crash. Sometimes it will just randomly crash. It is a mess. I'll add my log. Also, this started really bad after 8/5/2020 or 8/6/2020 update. I verified my update files as well.

Update, I down loaded the client from Wurm's site and created a new toon and played that way. Works flawlessly. Steam client still freezes every 5 or so mins. Please help, I did a lot of work on my first toon
