[CLOSED/SOLVED] Giant mountain appearing in the middle of the sea

Hi! This huge inclined mountain with trees on top of it shows when sailing through a specific place on Harmony (p19). This mountain does not exist and disappears when you get close enough to it.
Don't know if everyone sees this or not, but decided to report it anyways.

(It does seem to have something with desynchronization though. Can't really tell since I haven't received the "You're moving too fast for the server" message yet, but while I was going through this place earlier (and I had received the message at the time) I did NOT see this non-existant mountain.

This is a known visual effect which may occur on land similarly once one loses synchronization with the server (strong server lag as the root cause). In caves, fake cave walls will be towering up in front of you as high as the cave is. If you have a cart or horse (cow) stop and wait. On boat, it is harder as long as you do not have a mooring anchor which is the only way to stand still on open sea. Do not leave your boat, if the relog situation is stable, consider a relog. If a (real) coast is near, run aground (that stops the ship like mooring).

 

Sorry for the lag experience, hope it will get better in the next days. You will see that effect in the future though, at least here and then.
