No option anymore for Starter Pack

So, the starter offers for premium + silver on steam didn't go through with trying to purchase when i did it yesterday.

I tried to buy a normal pack and it worked immedediately, now i obviously dont have the option to buy a starter pack anymore.

 

Can i get my starter pack option regardless?

Find it really discouraging that i dont have this option anymore just because it didnt process correctly, and now i am stuck with the 1 month at regular price...
