Exchange Rift Points for Marks + Vice Versa

As the title says would be nice if you could exchange rift points for marks and vice versa?

 

Specifically rift points and not karma as you can only obtain them through participation.

At least gives another incentive to doing long Rifts.  All I'd do is farm Rift's for converting to marks then.  They'd have to change how people get points during rift or everyone going to be a healer to farm points.  I'm assuming since they higher in the /rift list they get more points than fighters.  Not a healer so don't know.
