Posted May 31, 2020 Some light sources like torches or hanging lamps are animated but the light coming out is constant. The world would look more alive if the light was flickering. There are a few light sources like forges and fireplaces that have a flicker but it's not that pronounced, it's also not directional and flickers exactly the same in all directions. Overall I think the game has a bit too much ambient light as well, it could be darker outside during night especially, I think it used to be darker before all the new graphics were added (not that I'd want to go back :)).
