*CLOSE* Bad graphics card

Recommended Posts

Prior to this patch I could run four clients, three on super low and one on high settings, without issues. After this patch one client on "default" causes overheating shutdowns.

I had the same issue.  After patch just one client would bring my Nvidia 2070 90% GPU usage overheating my card.  After playing with a few settings it's back to 30%-40% GPU usage and fans don't kick on loud anymore.  I don't know which combo of options fixed it for me since I was logging off/on constantly just playing with different settings.

Limit contribution culling, lower render distances to the lowest, cap fps hard. Then baby step it upwards until it doesn't work anymore.
