Weird sun rise time and shadow bug

So on cele the sun sets around 6=7pm on most days regardless of what wurm month it is and starts to rise around 2:30ish am

The time of the following picture was taken at
[20:12:46] It is 04:35:31 on day of the Ant in week 2 of the starfall of Fires in the year of 1092.

It gets day with everything lit up at 3am but this shadow lasts till 8 am ish when it fully fades away

This shadow covers every flat tile as you can see and some of the sloped ones in the left but 90% of it is flat tiles and they do not go away upon a reconnect or moving elsewhere or anything its just after every sunrise it stays like that for 6ish ingame hours



So the 2 bugs
1. cele sun is borked and needs to be moved to its right spot/time adjusted(this has gotten worse and worse due to all the lag a while back sun rise used to be at 4:32 and then around 3am after aws move and insane lag those few days)
2. shadows being cast when shadows should not exist in an area



with 2 you could say "oh but the sun is low so that ramp is stopping it but then look up higher in the first picture and thats not the case

and for reference this is the time of the following picture  [20:20:05] It is 05:33:56 on day of the Ant in week 2 of the starfall of Fires in the year of 1092.
See how high the sun already is those shadows should not be cast really like that

And if i look on my other client the shadows are almost gone its still dark but its almost back to normal so around 6amish ingame time it will be gone again
