Allow server time to be used as timestamps instead of IRL local time.

I love the new /servertime command, and I would really like to use that time for all my timestamps instead. This idea popped into my head because I've been in several sermon groups over the last month, and it would have been handy if we all had our timestamps set to server time. I also just really like the idea of using server time for all my timestamps in general.

I don’t see why not. Would it be worth adding some letter or symbol when it’s in the server mode so you could know the difference when looking at logs?

I think a symbol would be nice. Another thought, if it's possible... but something like a way to hover over the timestamp too see local time if wanted would be nice.
