Cure light/medium/severe are only cast-able on wounds, not the body directly when the caster is riding a vehicle on PvP servers only
 

focused will can still be cast on the body, ignoring these changes. it's the same as cure light so no reason why it should work

+1, although I'm more in favor of removing focused will completely.
