Adjust sleep bonus bar for increased limits of max sleep bonus

For people that have increased sleep bonus to 6h etc.

 

Currently, even if you have capacity of 6 hours max, bar is already full when reaching 5 hours.

It was weird when i got it from the journal and i hoped they would fix it  the added extra hour from marks..but i guess they forgot.

+1 showing right scaled bar for unlocked limits.. make things work as they should.. for 6/7th hour unlocks

(makes no sense to cap bar at 5h and not show the 6th and 7th sb hour visually)
