[No Bug] Extra hour of sleep bonus did not refill the bar

I purchased the extra hour of sleep bonus for 27000 marks.

Other players mentioned that it refilled the SB bar, so I made sure mine was empty.

 

Please look into this for me.  6h of sleep bonus during this 30% skill gain is worth quite  a bit.

The refill of sleep bonus was a bug which was fixed last month.  The marks purchase was intended to add 1 extra hour of sleep bonus permanently to your pool. 

 

So if your max cap was 5 hours, the purchase increased your cap to 6 hours.
