Posted April 3, 2020 (edited) From Cele to Epic(any cluster) there is a 20 to 30 second lag spike on both sides of the servers, both Cele and (any cluster) respectively. Lag will also create going from Epic to Celebration. Around same duration, effected area seems to be Local radius of the Epic portal.
