Delay on first load of forum site?

Recently, like from two weeks or so, I have noticed some delay, when clickable elements are "active", after opening forum site.

 

Normally, when loaded, I was able to immediately click any forum topic etc.

 

Lately I see some few seconds delay, before I can click anything.

 

(when something is clickable, cursor changes from arrow to hand icon).

 

First, I thought, that there is something with my laptop/browser etc. But then I saw that on my stationary PC got the same issue.
