3225 [Bug] Can still haul anchor at max weight

Which apparently means there is no current weight versus max weight check in place, so the result is I haul anchor and am now bypassing my max weight restriction.  This should not happen, I should be stopped and told I can't carry or lift that much.

If the boat has 100 items in inventory, the mooring anchor goes into your inventory. I filled my inventory to max weight ( 209.xx ) and put 100 items in my knarr. Upon raising anchor, the mooring anchor was dropped into my inventory putting me at 229 / 210 weight.

In that case, it should be checked only when the anchor indeed goes or would go into inventory. Immersively, I can well imagine that a heavy anchor on a rope can be handled, especially under water with buoyancy reducing weight, and pulled, but not taken into inventory. And it would be a shame to nerf raising anchor, especially for lower levels where +20kg almost always results in overload.
