Posted March 14, 2020 I am looking (or have been) expanding the highway system in the 09 area. However, when I get near the "Mag Mell" deed, it does not allow me. Anyone happen to know the owner of Mag Mell? I am working on expanding the highway system all the way to the end of the main road down to the P8 area. Thanks. Posted March 14, 2020 (edited) Can't you enter the deed and inspect the settlement token? If the deed is enclosed in walls and fences the owner obviously does not want someone in. In this case you can't but route around the deed. Edit: According to https://www.niarja.com/universes/online/settlements/mag mell that is a very old deed, founded by Eoghan in 2014.
