Same. It's always on a slope. Hasn't happened to us on flat ground, but quite often when riding a horse on a slope.

This is a separate bug, and is being worked on. Please try to keep bugs to their relevant topics.

 

 

For people being thrown out of vehicles: Which server was this on, and did you get the normal disembark message, or any other messages? And did your character take damage?
