Monthly Raider Shield Skin Bug

After applying the skin to my shield, for me, the skin is viewed as intended when on my left hand slot. Yet, for others, they see a normal medium wooden shield. I will post screenshots taken by me, then a friend respectively.

It kind of defeats the purpose of having the skin, if only I can see it, I feel. Please look into this :).

I know that for me I have GLSL shaders off my Seryll Helm shows to me as a normal iron great helm. Could your friend have GLSL shaders turned off. Maybe that's why?
