[No bug] 2s Premium time option missing on fresh toons if used the "redeemcode" premium time

Bug having no option to buy first month prem time for 2s is back for toons which had redeemed the 3 day playtime token in 2018.

I've tried to prem up quite some of my such toons and I had the option to buy 15days for 5s only.

Just to clarify that's not the return of a bug, but simply the bug on those accounts.

It was not fixed retroactively.

I had a manual fix for all the toons thanks to a really marvelous GM who surely is bored of me breaking the game all the time
