Help - can not create account

I have recruited a friend to the game - but he is unable to create account here - fills in all fields, checks not a robot - bur keeps getting returned to the fillout screen - ???

It should be moved to bugs. Just tried creating an account with @gmail.com address, it says that the message would arrive in a sec which didn't happen for some 10ish minutes already, may be some mail problem?
