If someone takes a break in between paying years of premium, will the previous still count or will it all start from scratch?

It will have zero to do with consecutive premium.

Add links to those VODs or youtube videos to your news posts or a thread so people that don't generally watch them or have the ability to watch them see this kind of stuff easier :)

Good thinking, I think a thread in the showtime theatre of each VOD as well as clips/highlights of the actual important bits may help too

Yes please. I'm the ancient I've too who dislikes a lot to watch long videos for buy if important infos. Most cases a few written sentence is much more efficient. As a middle ground it would be amazing to have a set of links to timecodes of important info in the videos uploaded to some persistent storage (as I understand Twitch is not one of such).

Bear in mind the streams have no impact in what's released into the news and when. The streams may have early tidbits and teasers, but all info will be in the news prior to launch.

The official streams are part of our news releases, for sneak peaks and discussions prior to them going in the valrei international.

If you miss the streams you can catch the vods too

Will there be cliffnotes that summarize things said in streams for people that can't hear well or do we have no choice but to be confused and not know anything until news are released once or twice a month

I second that. Please be aware too that Wurm is an international game, and not everyone playing is equally proficient in English, much more in spoken English where not every speaker is articulating as clearly as Malena, and to wide extent, Emoo. There may even be some who don't catch much if any of the conversations, and many who, despite understanding well, do not follow every word with equal attention over the full length of the stream.

As we've stated WU won't be receiving content updates anymore. We'll be doing an update with bug fixes and tweaks to some WU things that require WO specific things but we will not be adding features that have come to WO into WU.

Would be friendly, if we get a date for the update, we get no bugfixes since 9 months.

Would be friendly too, if you give us more information about the tweaks and how you would supporting the modders as you posted in an older post.

Will the modloader and the serverpack be a part of the game self?

Or how can server share the models with the clients in the future? Steam workshop?

And whats with your tool to convert 3d models into wom files. Any updates there?

Since 9 months, the only information we get was, we don't get any content update....

Btw. Why you didn't make any offical announcement in the steam forum, that we don' get any content update?

Last official statement is:

Server packs will not be included only the plain modloader itself. This makes an integration of the modloader completly useless.

From what we know atm model sharing will be done the same way as it is now. In general nothing will really change at all.

Actually with this devpacks will be possible, meaning a server can have graphics packs for players to download and simply sit in their packs folder, no overwriting necessary.

We aren't keen on allowing any server host to simply push files to a client without the user actively opting in with the server pack mod, and no server admin should be either.

Thanks for the fast answer of one question.

But why you don't expand the severpack a little bit? So player get a pop up window, where they can choose if they want the serverpack or no?

Or the easiest way, a checkbox in the launcher...

So many possibilities to implement.

Btw. Would be nice, you would answer my other questions too.

Thx

What has the client modloader to do with that? This isn't supported by the client mod loader as of now, so it must be an update in the Wurm Unlimited Client?

I still can not see any advantage in adding the client mod loader to the WU client by default if there are no custom mods preinstalled and preactivated. You just get no advantage out of a modloader without mods and the installation of the modloader is almost the same work as installing mods.

Or we have two devs who spent a huge amount of time in PvP and know it's issues and areas that need improving!

Don't worry, PvP experience is there.

More than two people is comforting is the argument, we are talking for the best experience but keeping the flow as its been. Is garbage.

Please let it be an entirely different cluster with no transfers of any sort.

Better do something quick, cause you are loosing Veteran Players at an Alarming Rate. Listen to what the players want and get some insight before the Game Dies!
