I want to sell this all in one, to make this as small of an effort as possible for me. I'm not looking for the best deal or even imagine making a profit of this sale. Just want to sell this off quickly. I don't require anyone to wait for the PayPal transfer, It's just a wish that I don't expect anyone to agree with. But would truly be grateful if this was allowed. And I think a fair price would be around 200€. But I'm up for negations if anyone thinks this is too steep. Don't really know tbh. My price is made up from including the following, Vyn Priest, Icarus, Blake drake set, Sculpting wand, various rare tools, rare freedom wagon, rare horseshoe set, Wagon contract and deed upkeep if disbanded. I don't think any of the bulk goods I've got on the deed, or the deed itself hold any value anymore. Really wish I've have had more time to complete the project, since I had big plans for the deed and area. Deed is connected to the Xanadu route thingie and has a wagon thingie(?). Don't remember all the names. There are crates, various storages, the mine, rare runed wagon, boats, animals and bunch of other things that were not in the screenshots. I don't know what all these would go for but just shoot me a price and I'll consider it. Not too picky tbh. Since I know I won't be back for a long while, and I rather the buyer handle all the transferring and stuff I'm just gonna give my account login to whoever buys this. So no rush for you if you can't fit all these characters on your account if you want to flip the items bought. Also since I'm really in need of this money and I cannot afford to loose this all to some sort of scam, buyer pays first. I'd love to have the money transferred from paypal before I relinquish my account, but this is nothing I'd expect from any potential buyer. I'm just bad at this online selling stuff.
