Boat Speeds through tunnels etc...

Could we maybe have a minimum ship speed through canals/tunnels so speeds don't drop too low, maybe just on Xanadu and also make it easier to  control the ship when docking when there are strong winds. Sail animations would be great and have a gameplay function.

-1 With the size of Xanadu and Xanadu tunnels, we need increased boat speed. Not decreased...

Sorry I ment a minimum speed that means your boat does not go below a certain speed so if you boat is going against a gale in a tunnel your speed will not drop below say 15 for example. sorry if the original post was confusing.
