[Fixed] Clay shaper does not count as a tool for "Imp a tool to 50ql"

The journal goal of imping a tool to 50ql is not triggered by imping clay shaper to 50ql - maybe clay shaper is not considered as a tool?

Leggat worked just after that attempt.

Possibly it was a rounding issue.. being really close to 50.00 but not there yet? (ql49.996 or something like that..)

Alot of tools doesn't count, also armors and shields. This stuff should have been fixed by now

Could be because it doesn't have it's own skill?

for 50 it's not a big deal.. but for 99ql goal could mean extra half hour++
