Sermons aren't giving alignment to the preacher

I'd say about 3/4 of my sermons have resulted in the preacher having no change in alignment, using 8+ listeners atm all same god as preacher, everyone else is getting alignment as normal.

Alignment is actually going down because doing i'm not getting alignment from sermoning and only doing 1 confession right after the sermon. All the sermon alts are -70-80 alignment though, so that's nice i guess
