Email seems to have disappeared

Hello,

 

I have been wanting to get back into Wurm but it's been a few years. When I tried to log in, the server didn't recognize my email. So I double-checked that it was the email I signed up with and I still have the emails from Wurm in 2015 when I did a character name change, but when I try to reset the password, it keeps saying it doesn't recognize the email. It's with hotmail (I've had this email address for literal decades).

 

Also, when I try to just login with the character name I get this (I changed the name to 'edited'): 

SORRY WE COULD NOT AUTHENTICATE PLAYER: (edited)
SERVER RESULT WAS 'AN ERROR OCCURRED WHEN LOADING YOUR ACCOUNT.

If you havnt payed prem for that character atleast ones.

The character gets deleted after I think its 90 days.
