Increase fountain water and grass render distances

this isn't a bug but it feels out of place with the new render improvements and maybe has been forgotten about.

 

you ever run on a hell horse or something and notice fountain's start spouting water as you get near? yeah that's uh... super immersion breaking...

 

also grass render distance could be extended while your at it.
