Kingdom influence does not disappear after tower being destroyed

We destroyed a tower on the new Elevation server. The kingdom influence does not disappear and you're unable to build your own kingdom's tower into the area.

Influence usually needs a restart to correct, fun stuff though doesn't always sort it out

Same thing with the influence from battlecamps. Even if the battlecamp disappears by winning the new hota the influence stays.

we reported this 3 years ago i think

 

needed a restart, actually built a tower on top of existing influence AFTER the restart and had both rome and MR influence in the same spot (we built the tower over the old spot). and it needed another restart to remove the rome influence lol

Influence is dynamic, so it shouldnt require a restart. Will find out

This also means that after bashing a tower, enemy influence remains, so you cant build towers into that direction, you cant expand your influence into enemy territory, conquest is impossible, and the enemies will just build the bashed towers back in 15 minutes because they aren't gonna wait for a restart for the influence to go away to let you build your own towers in their place

Battle Camp on Defiance is gone, but because the camp influence remains, I can't expand my deed in any direction. Pleeeeease, someone fix this.  For a PvP server, this is very broken.

 

[21:42:54] You cannot found the settlement here, since this is a battle ground.

Taking a look into this, few questions is the entire influence not clearing or just small sections being left and what quality was the tower that was bashed and did not reset influence?

pretty sure it was a low ql tower, like 25ql

it has to be a mine tile or a single tile
